In 2010, Olympus America entered the burgeoning online photo sharing and printing market with the launch of ib on the net, a name deriving from the popular Olympus ib software. In 2011, Brandvoice was called in to redesign the site’s public pages in an effort to boost subscriptions. A softer, warmer palette and family-oriented look and feel immediately connected with its target demographic and after relaunch, site visits, click-throughs and sign-ups soared. In 2014, Olympus worldwide rolled the site and their 13,000 subscribers into the Olympus Global photo sharing site.
